MiB neuralyzer

Hello, all!

I'm looking to make a neuralyzer with a photo flash at the tip.

I'm thinking because my skills are limited, getting a replica prop or toy that isn't necessarily screen-accurate and fitting it with the needed flash components and maybe adding a blue/green filter on the lens.

I have zero expertise in doing stuff like this short of scale modeling so any help you could offer would be appreciated.
