My $14 Giga Meter (Ghostbusters 2)

So I wanted a Giga Meter to hang off my belt since everyone and their monkey has PKE Meter now. And awhile back I had picked up a few PVC conduit boxes in Toledo (They don't sell them here in Chicago for some reason.) So here is what I came up with -

$3 conduit box


$1 PVC coupler


$1 Elbow (More like 60 cents.. But you get the idea.)


Some scrap Styrene I had laying about for a 80's look.


$2 irrigation elbows and a pen cut in half (later there will be LED lights on the ends of these.




$5 spinning light from Walmart.


Painted and ready to start wiring it up. (This is where I stopped in the summer and got a bit sidetracked.


This this week I finally got the time to finish it. I still want to add some LEDs to the ears but for the most part this thing is DONE!


It's not screen accurate but for $14 it makes a cool belt hanger.
