I didn't add the Cisco pattern hole at the connector port... It was more of a test but I wish I worked a bit more on it before painting it... Also I cut too close to the border the 3 hole and 1 of them is not closed very well...
I used 4 ply Russian Birch wood and engrave on both side the pattern... But engraving on wood like this leave a pattern that is hard to sand to a flat surface. I also don't find the engraving deep enough which I'll correct in future version (If anyone have good measurement of the chip, including the thickness of the center and the outside, let me know.
I used acrylic paint, but I think for my next one I'll get the spray to do the gold look.
For the moment, it will stay like this, I'm pretty happy with my second props anyway.
