Hey everyone I'm new,need help.

So hello everyone i am the newest underdog to the RPF and i was wondering how to go about making a prop.You see i am a cosplayer and i had this costume i wanted to do the pint sized slasher from fallout 3.I know how to get most of the costume together my main concern though is there's this watch with the vault boy from fallout 3 and I'm not quite to sure how to go about making it.Im thinking of mabye finding a cheap watch and reassembling it with the vault boy picture inside but then i have to go about the arms moving???
