Iron Man MK1 (EyeOfSauron First apearance) Build.

First of all,
This is the first time post for me!
I have been been a lurker for almost a year now, and this site and the community was instrumental in helping me build My Mk4 in foam last year, so thank you all for that! :P

A few years ago I went a Convention with my wife, and we both dressed up. It was the first time we had ever done anything like this and we had a lot of fun. While we where there I bought a first appearance Iron Man statue and an idea came to me... Failing miserably to work out a way of making this armour I gave up. Durring my relentless searching while on a night shift one day did bring me to TheRPF, and from there I found the foam files that Stealth had put together. I fell in love, and build myself a suit.

But, disregarding all of that, (that was last year) this year I sat down and started making the MK1. From what I have seen I think I may be alone in this but I don't mind I am loving every second of it!

I Will start with the helmet.
