On April 15th, I sent Doctorskywalker $100 via paypal gift for his Iron man Helmet he had in the Junkyard

He pm'd me on the 17th of April that he had dropped it in the mail and it would take 2-3 weeks, since he is shipping from the Netherlands, and I am in the US. I had sent him a few messages between weeks 2 and 3 of when it should have arrive, simply asking if he happened to have any tracking. It took him almost a week to reply. He said he would contact his post office and look into it.
Almost another week goes by before he responds to more messages I have sent him, so we are on the 4 week mark of when he "sent" it.
He stated that the "the post office had no idea where it was". He stated that if it did not arrive by the 22nd of May, he would refund my money.
I gave it until Saturday the 25th of May before I would want one. I gave it the benefit of the doubt.
That was the last time he returned any of my messages.
It is now June 4th, 2013. I have not gotten a response from him since May 17th. No reply's to messages, No helmet delivered to me, and no refund.
I reported the issue to the Mods.
Just want to give everyone a heads up. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING from this person. YOU WILL GET RIPPED OFF as it seems he has done to me!!
