Steven Spielberg's Raiders Baseball Hat

I was looking for the cast and crew hat that you see Spielberg wearing in a lot of the behind the scene pictures. It appears it was a cast and crew item only that was never made for consumers.

I was wondering if that is accurate, or if anyone had come across the patch, or the hat itself anywhere.
