Stay away from "vonzipper3" on eBay. This is how this scumbag f'ed me.
I auctioned my ICONS Robin Red Bird. He purchased it. I sent it to him. He immediately files a case against me saying "item not as described" which is total horse@#$%. He claimed there were scratches, paint flaws like bubbling and chipping, bent and lose parts. When I sent the item it was in excellent condition. I even posted hi rez photos and documented everything in messages and it had "no returns/no refunds/as-is" listed. Regardless, the item was nearly flawless. This is obviously a case of "buyers remorse". So now paypal took out the money from it, nearly $500. This puts my account in jeopardy. So I escalated the case to get it resolved. THEY RULED IN HIS FAVOR!!!!!! Now this causes my account to overdraft from several items. Now I'm getting f'ed for hundreds of dollars more in overdraft fees. I call up eBay. He's mystified why they ruled in his favor but the item is on its way back to me so there's nothing they can do. SO I get the item back and it's in the same condition as I sent it. This jerk-off completely f'ed me and eBay isn't doing a fkng thing about it. I so pissed I could chew nutronium. Then I found emails from several months ago from him when he tried to buy it off me outside ebay. And to top it off, we're supposed to go to the bank next week and apply for a home loan. Who knows how this ass-hats antics are going to affect us.
