I believe this is my first post here so just wanted to say hello in my first post! :)
I'm a huge Gladiator fan and have been wanting to get a high-quality replica in my collection. I have been doing some research on this forum and elsewhere and have discovered that the sword as manufactured by Factory X is quite rare. I currently have the possibility to purchase it for about 450$ but I was just wondering if that is too much for this sword. If anyone owns or has owned it, what do you think of the sword? From pictures, the handle itself and the emblems seem a bit plastic so it's hard to figure out what the actual quality is.
In addition, I see that the Factory X helmet is also up for sale for about 350$. Is that price too high for this kind of collectible, is it worth it, quality wise?
I hope I can get some kind of good combo deal but I'd love to get your opinions first.
