3D print CAD mold design for resin cast prop!

I'm needing assistance with designing a mold for 3D print so I can cast resin prop replicas out of it. Does anyone have experience designing the stuff I can send off to a printer to obtain the molds? I have no clue how to do it... Basically similar to this:
