Anyone know this guy?

His auction was brought to my attention a few days ago and I had his first auction removed.
The funny thing is that at the bottom of his auction description he had a disclaimer saying -
"ATTENTION - Please May I add this is entirely mine and my other colleagues work and Im getting a bit tired of people emailing me and claiming its their work that they displayed for public use on forums.
Yes, there is a lot of this work about and I find it very hard in most cases to distinguish the work as a lot is the same...As they are props and are made to look the same.
I and my colleagues that do this work used to, or still, work with Disney and other companies within the movie/TV market in the graphic artist design department and have spent over 30+ years doing this work....Rant over. :) "
The funny thing is, this guy obviously knows me because those are exactly all of the places I have worked in my career.
After having his auction removed today with Ebays Vero copyright infringement program he relisted it and changed his disclaimer at the bottom to read -
"ATTENTION EBAY:- This is covered by ebays vero programme as well as all the others like this listed on ebay by other sellers as this is not mine but bought from another seller on ebay"
THe only problem with this idiots disclaimer is that I have my map already registered in Ebays vero program (which required proof of ownership).
