3D printed Aztec Sonic Screwdriver

Hello everybody,
I won't go into much detail, but pretty much, I got bored and decided to build a sonic screwdriver.
Since I already have two tenth doctor sonic screwdrivers, I decided to build the ninth doctor's "Aztec Sonic".
I started by buying some parts of of Anakin Starkiller's Shapeways Shop. After purchasing the grip, the end bulb, and the connector (The head was not available at this time) I slowly set to work building my sonic. Also, if anyone is interested in building their own, I will be stating how I built my sonic.

MATERIALS:
-Milliput
-copper plumbing parts
-3D printed sonic PArts
- Paint- Black, Silver
- Acrylic Rod
- Butchered CO Toy

I neglected to take pictures here, but simply put, I used a hacksaw to cut the join between the collar and the tail connector on the grip. I also gave these parts a "paint test" to see the paint finish on the plain WSF surface. I bought the plumbing parts and had begun to modify them, and I cut a piece to fit the collar section.

I also made a "slice" down a section to allow a screw to hold that piece in place. After that, I constructed a test electronics housing using spare copper bits.

I also used Milliput to fill in the cut off sections that were missing from the main body, and used it to shape the tact switch housing.

The tactile switch housing is not complete, and I still have a lot of work to do in order to finish this, but building it has been really fun! :)

That is where I am at now, I've been busy with work, and haven't been able to do much but look around on therpf lately, but I will be posting a MFX repair thread later, when I have the time.
