Help Identifying a Pulse Pistol

Hi All

I recently finished a resin Farscape pulse pistol that you may have seen in another thread.

I have today managed to acquire another kit from ebay. But this one comes with a few neat little extras. Namely a stand and plaque - and I was hoping maybe someone could help me identify the maker. Pics Below.
