Need Help with Captain America Shield

I'm about to start making a replica of Captain America's shield from when he was a propagandist (I believe it's referred to as the Bucky rescue shield). I was wondering if anyone knew what is written on the pieces of paper taped to the inside of the shield. I believe it is his script for when he is on stage. If no one knows the exact words then maybe some hi-res images of it? Either way, thanks in advance.
