CJS Flintlock Artist Proof...Any good?

I recently picked up a MR Jack Sparrow Replica Flintlock from Craigslist for a pretty decent price :thumbsup

Because I paid so little for it, my question is, since it is an "Artist Proof" ...is it "more" or "less" valuable?

Also, does anyone else on here own one of the other 3 proofs?
Can someone tell me who's sig is on it?
It looks to be "BB" or "RB"?
