Hello everyone! I am new to the forum and new to prop making, but I thought I'd share what I have going on now.
If you couldn't tell from the title, I am working on an Altair cosplay, from the first Assassin's Creed game.
The only item I have that I would call 100% finished is the sword.
The blade and handle are made of basswood with a threaded metal rod and a lot of glue holding them together. The bird head and the detailed bits are made of super sculpey, and the handle is wrapped in pleather. The design is not entirely accurate, but I based mine off of game screenshots and concept art. There are a few things I would like to eventually change/fix, but I like it for now.
After I finished the sword, I started working on the vambrace plates, which I sculpted out of super sculpey.
And that's where I am right now, feedback is always appreciated!
