I am trying to figure out a what could best be used to fill in the space in between the fingers on a Warmachine or Iron Man pepakura file. In the Pepakura files i can find you only get the finger joints. then you have to wear some kind of glove under it all to fill in where skin would be showing.
I have studied some pictures of Iron Man's hand. the metal in between the finger joints seems to be similar to flex tube.

I thought about even taking this product and casting a silicone replica of it so that you would not get metal slivers or anything like that. and it might even be more flexible and durable if I do that. The smallest i have found the tube to be was one inch inner diameter. you can get it in different sizes depending on the size of each finger, that way it does not look like it is just a uniform looking big hand. This could even possibly lead to attaching the fingers to the hand itself instead of having individual fingers to slip on and off. you could use silicone to attach the pepakura finger joints to the finger inserts or just glue them. Also being that it is less then $3.00 per foot, i think that it would be an inexpensive feature that would really give your suit that extra pop of detail.
What are you thoughts on this?
