Budget Yoda rebuild now with smaller hands! :)

Acquired a Yoda in a trade last year, looking very sorry for himself.... So I dumped him on top of a cupboard and left him there.... lol
Actually got round to rebuilding him yesterday, amazing what you can achieve in 2 days, I even got a new job today :)
I'm useless, like a bull in a china shop, I forgot to take a full "before shot"...

as you can see.... cack paint job, (one colour...) and naff eyes!

Also a very prominent seam on his head! dremeled that off! as well as peeling paint....

so plucked out the eyes, and snapped up these bad boys from propcollector... not cheap, but amazingly lifelike!

Dremeled out the sockets to fit the new eyes and repainted the head

Hands were next, so badly made, the right hand had two fingers molded together....


I cut them apart and re modeled the inners of each finger



The other hand, I cut and removed an inch of the hand to make smaller

not a massive difference, but it is up close... no comically deformed and enlarged hands now :)

Hair next... wig on order to butcher :) Not bad for 2 days work :)
